SmartView LMS e-Commerce Integration: We'll help you to generate more revenue by selling your blended learning content and programs through SmartView's optional e-Commerce module. Training: Agileview delivers its training in three formats:

• "Anytime" training and support through SmartView University (powered by SmartView). The purpose of this program is to provide answers and explanations on using any of our software through 30-60 second tutorials. This is a great way to support your end users without incurring a substantial cost. Clients can request their SmartView University login by calling 603-685-2700.
• Webinars: for the busy system administrators and course developers who wish to learn how to use the advanced functionality of SmartView. Webinars may also include broader topics such as Instructional Design, Course marketing, and how to use third party tools.
• Classroom-based training: AgileView will send a trainer to your site, or you may visit our facility in Salem, NH for an accelerated emersion into SmartView.

Support: Whether you choose to host our software internally or as an ASP hosted solution, we will provide an established technical resource, who will work with your IT department to achieve our goal of a sub-four hour implementation. Clients have access to a 24x7 support system to communicate with our project managers and programming staff. We will also work closely with your implementation team to determine if any functionality in our software needs to be ‘turned off’, "turned on", or altered to be effectively used for your application.

What they do not know, are the areas that will return the most bang for their buck. Traditionally we agree to perform an opportunities assessment for clients with large-scale needs before they formally select SmartView. The goal is to answer questions such as:

• What tools/resources will you need to effectively build content internally?
